Started in 2018 when three former telecom engineers got tired of watching businesses struggle with unreliable IT setups. We built glowra-volt to fix that — straightforward infrastructure support without the runaround.

Our team handles server configurations, network troubleshooting, and infrastructure planning for businesses across Chiang Mai and northern Thailand. When something breaks at 3am, we're the ones who pick up.

2018

Started Small

Began with five local businesses who needed reliable server maintenance. Set up shop in a small office near the old city. Those first clients are still with us today.

2020

Remote Work Surge

When everyone shifted to working from home, we spent six months straight setting up secure remote access systems. Learned more about VPN configurations in that period than the previous two years combined.

2022

Team Expansion

Brought on specialists in cloud migration and network security. Moved to our current office on Mahidol Road with proper lab space for testing configurations before deployment.

2024

Regional Coverage

Extended support to businesses throughout northern Thailand. Developed standardized deployment procedures that cut setup time significantly while improving reliability.

2025

Current Focus

Working with 47 active clients, handling everything from small office networks to multi-site infrastructure. Still doing the same fundamental work — just helping more businesses stay connected and operational.
